FAQ

Where do I find my account information?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.  Under Account you can view/edit the following:

    • Profile
    • LAN Center
    • Billing Information
    • Payments
    • Transactions

Where do I add a 2nd LAN Center to my Account?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Go the the LAN Centers tab and click on Create LAN Center.

Where do I make a payment?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Make a Payment.

Where do I add my billing contact information if different from my LAN Center contact information?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Go to the Billing Information tab.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

I don’t know my username, what do I do?

  • If you do not know your account username, send an email to membership@igamesinc.com from the email address used to create your account. 

Can I change my username, location, or password?

  • You can change your username, location, or password by logging in and going to your Account Settings.

How do I change my email address?

  • To change your account’s email address, please contact us at   using your original email address. If you no longer have access to your email, please provide the date of birth for the account and state/province the account was originally set to.

I entered my Date of Birth incorrectly for my account, how can I change this?

How do I change my profile avatar image?

  • Go to your account's "Profile" page.
  • Click your current profile image and select a previously approved avatar image, or upload a new one for approval.

How do I cancel my membership?
